Calling for Color
Taking time to smell the roses...the first day in a long while where there was absolutely nothing to think about or do... so I slept in and concentrated on taking deep breaths of's been so long since I've had the chance to create anything... looking forward to getting out my brushes and paints tomorrow...

June Tradition...making t-shirts.

The boys chose a technology theme. My daughter cut hers into a chic halter style. And I stuck with my mushroom theme.

This Year

Last Year

Yesterday was my youngest son's birthday.
He chose dinner at his favorite restaurant...Ruby Tuesday's...and ordered his favorite food Buffalo Chicken Burger.
He entered the teen years with a splash...the waitress spilled two full drinks on him!

Then it was back home for our traditional family "party." We're running out of themes! This year is was Hawaii.

On the doorstep was a gift from his aunt and uncle and cousins...this neat disc, a water shooter and two cool Nike shirts. Thanks so much guys!

I think it might have been close to 10 p.m. by the time we got started.

And, the moment he was waiting for......

Elijah Update - 9 months old
Nanny report
Elijah has gained weight after he came back from his surgery. Recently even his looks seem to change a lot from day to day. He is also stronger now, and he babbles a lot more. He giggles with arms and legs waving up and down when others play with him. He is able to hold his bottle tightly with both hands. He doesn’t seem to digest his milk very well, and he often spits up after drinking his formula. We still have to burp him after he takes formula. We all love him and are excited to be able to care for him!
